Esther and all,

Is this to say the some decisions will be "Decided" in Singapore, and
therefore the impromptu meeting in California will mearly be a coffee
clutch type affair Esther? It seems that you let out a "Tell", a poker term,
if follow that parlance or are familiar with it.

If there are to be final "Decisions" to be made in Singapore, what might
they be Esther? How will they be made? Whom and how will any potential
"Decisions" be made? Will any potential "Decisions" as you seem to indirectly
indicate in you comment (See Below Esthers Comment), be determined
by the Membership Organization by VOTE Esther? If so, doesn't this
seem a bit in contrast to the requirements of the White Paper and the
ICANN/NTIA/MoU?

  Others should take not here....
