Actually, it is doing nothing of the sort.  It conducts entirely closed
processes and its tiny band of participants actively rejects input that it
doesn't like.

There is almost literally nothing 'open' about the ORSC activity,
especially given the lack of public review and revision prior to its taking
actions.

For those claiming otherwise, please cite the online archive which shows
open and responsive exchange.
