Dave,

That is BS and you know it.  Any reasonable person reading that decision can
see CLEARLY that the Judge was intimidated by the concept of the internet, and
the slew of internet "grandfathers" who were paraded in testifying to all the
doom and gloom that would happen if the gTLD-MoU was not permitted to move
forward immediately.

Well, guess what.  It didn't move forward.  None of the fears these witness
put into that Judge's mind came true, and the internet is still alive and
kicking.

That decision is flawed at its most basic level, and any reasonable person can
see it with very little effort.  (Except those with a real motivation to having
that judgement mischaracterized).
