  I just got done contacting them myself, and they confirm your assertion.  I
found this to be quite strange.  The person I talked to there is going to check
on Minnisota as am I again as well.  I left him my E-Mail ID so that he
could get back with me on further information.  He did indicate that some
military personnel have voted using the internet on some special situations and
also one astronaut in 1996 via a internet link.  I also also ask if anyone with
your name had called, they had NO record of your call, Alex.  You may
want to call them back and leave you name and E-Mail address next time.

  This is not entirely the information I received when I inquired further Alex.

  The person to contact there is Joe Mansky at 612-215-1440.  I will be calling
