[comments-whois] Intellectual Property and the WHOIS

I believe this latest report does not adequately reflect a
consensus among the Internet Community as a whole (users
and providers).  I believe this report is unfairly biased
in favour of Intellectual Property interests, and I
challenge the draftees to produce evidence of Internet
Community input (i.e. outside the 'insiders' who were
selected to draft it).  In short, there is not enough
public input to justify this report as anything resembling
an Internet Community consensus, unless all that is
indicated is a consensus reached by advocates of
Intellectual Property interests.
