Hello - Would you Please explain a little more about this project? Perhaps 
you have and we missed it but I reposted to my Native lists and they all 
needed to know more.
On the face of it - you are trying to get online with a designation such as 
Nat. or Ing. ?  
Which seems like a good idea. We would like to see more Tribal Councils use 
online communications.  Several here in Southern California do but most do 
not even have computers. The casinos have web sites but I suspect they are 
not from their own computers.
Thanks for your concern and this should be a boost for sovereignty.
