[comments-gtlds] Eurointernet supports WG-C report

The European Internet Business Association supports the conclusions of WG-C.

When the conclusions are sent to the ICANN Board, the Board will either 
have to ask the Names Council to prepare an implementation plan or create a 
specific body for this purpose. We believe that the NC is the right body 
for this task and recommend that it starts work as soon as possible to 
prepare such implementation plan.
