  Further to the Board's request in Melbourne, I take pleasure in 
  enclosing as a Word document a resolution of the Names Council on the 
  proposed Verisign agreement (pages 1-2) and a compilation of statements 
  from each constituency and the General Assembly (pages 3-11).
