Re: [tor-udrp] Re: [council] UDRP Review Task Force Selected

Milton:

I was asking to myself why the ccTLDs sent a list of nominees when I though
and I understood based in discussions about
commitees and task forces, that only one per constituency is the rule. At
least I didn't know that we had the freedom to do it until
I read the message about the ccTLDs nominees.

When the call was made to compose tasks forces, I think it was no clear
about sending one or several nominees.

Is there anything to do about this selection?

I think that if you and Caroline realized that there were so many NA
nominated, the proper thing would be to make a second call to encourage
constituencies and sectors defined in the ToR to send more nominees from
other regions and code laws.

None of what you said is excuse to have a commitee that doesn't shows
regional and other kind of diversity in equally portions.

And, now that we are talking about this subject, please let me know if for
.ORG commitee all constituencies can send several nominees also from several
regions also in order to offer to the Chairs of the .ORG commitee a wider
range for selection and that doesn't happens the same that is happening now
with UDRP TF.

And...where are those ToR of the UDRP commitee? Is there any ToR for .ORG?
Please, I would appreacite a lot you can provide both ToRs to me or pointing
me to a link where I can download it.

Best Regards
Vany
:-)
