I think it would probably be wise to schedule a conference 
call in the next couple weeks (as early as next week some 
time.)  We should start discussing the agenda on this forum
I think.  Some obvious items:

1. Dispute Resolution Policy issues.
2. DNSO working group issues (to present to those who are on the groups.)
3. How to deal with the kind of bad press in the Cook Report.

I think there will be some more information coming out of the 
Names Council meeting today, and also from DoC about the testbed.
ICANN will be sending out accreditation letters to all post-testbed
registrars, which will allow us to sign the agreements with NSI and
get the SRS software so we can start preparations.

I will be present at the Names Council meeting, so at least hope
to stop anything terribly wierd from happening that affects us.
Primarily the DRP is going to be discussed I believe (the IP guys
have a big concern about this.)
