Joe,
Here's a question: when is the Testbed scheduled to end? Surely its two
months now?
If NSI hasn't signed an accreditation agreement with ICANN at the end of the
period, does that mean they can't register names as a Registrar?
If that is the case, does that mean that only accredited Registrars can make
registrations via the SRS?
If that is the case, does that mean that for a period of time, only
Register.com will be able to make registrations?

Clarification welcomed.
