I would like to thank Ross Rader and Jim Archer for thinking of me at
this time. My interest in the whois system has been both technical and
privacy related and I accept the nomination.

My disclosure follows:

At present I am one-third owner of easyDNS Technologies Inc., a recently
accreditted ICANN registrar. We have specialized in the outsourced DNS
space and have no involvement with development at any regisitry level nor
do we possess any related proprietary knowledge.

I also currently serve as a Director to the Canadian Internet Registration
Authority (CIRA), my term ends in June, 2005.
