[registrars] Acceptance of nomination, statement of conflict of interest.

Dear Colleagues:

Ross Rader has graciously nominated me to serve as Secretary of the 
Registrar Constituency.  I am honored and accept his nomination.

I shall be posting a separate statement of my background.  In the mean 
time, here is my statement on conflict of interest.

I hold 50% of the shares of PSI-Japan.  I hold 24.5% of the shares in 
PSI-USA.  I do not provide any serves to any gTLD or ccTLD registrY nor do 
I hold any shares in any registrY.

The closest I come to any registry is based upon the 100,000 shares of 
Afilias held by PSI-USA.  But since I do not hold a controlling interest in 
PSI-USA, I have no control over Afilias.  My son Duane also holds 24.5% of 
the shares in PSI-USA.  But our combined interests in PSI-USA does not put 
us in control of the shares of Afilias held by PSI-USA.

I would be pleased to respond to any questions you may raise on this question.
