Dear Colleagues,

I would like to nominate Paul Westley from Internetters for the office 
as treasurer.

Paul is known as a longtime, active participant inside the constituency 
and ICANN. His deep understanding of the involved procedures and his
position as managing director of Internetters qualifies him in the
policy aspect as well as in the aspect of managing the constituency
account. Being English and therefore European he would certainly add 
some multicultural flavor and help the excom to establish a broadest
possible representation.

I believe that Paul would be an excellent choice.
