Dear Ross:  We also seemed to have had agreement to provide 5 day 
registry-hold after deletion and prior to REDEMPTIONPERIOD.  But since then 
I've seen some indication that Verisign is waiting for the RC to take some 
action.  We should make this one gets back on track.  Regards, BobC
