Dear Colleagues:  Note well the "Standardised Form of 
Authorisation".  Joker.com has a unique system in which the *registrant* is 
to "open a 10 day window indicating that it wants to transfer *from* 
Joker.com.  It is a complex process written in English or German but 
difficult to follow even in English.  Very difficult for a registrant whose 
first language is neither English or German.

I submit that the process is totally unfair and should not be permitted.
