Bruce:

I would greatly appreciate if you would make an exception to the below, or
if Ken or Phillip would be good enough to nominate Vint Cerf for one of the
seats discussed below. Vint previously held his seat through election by the
PSO, which no longer exists. In my view it would be an honour to have him
serve on behalf of the GNSO.

I have spoken to Vint and he would be happy to accept the nomination. I
think his reputation precedes him, but I will endeavour to dig up the
requisite bio as the ICANN site no longer has that info. I also think that
his presence on the first board of a reformed ICANN is absolutely central to
credibility and success.
