[registrars] Todays confrence calls

There appears to be some confusion about the confnce calls scheduled
today.

PIR has scheduled 2 calls one happened at 12:00 EST and 1:00pm EST

The Constituency call for developing a consensus on the expiration date in
VeriSign registry whois is still scheduled for 4pm EST.

the PIR Call details have been sent to the list twice and the access codes
remain the same for both calls. the call details for the constituency call
on the expiration date published in VGRS whois has been mailed twice to
individuals of this list.
