RE: [registrars] Transfers from up the reseller tree


Ross,

Could you please provide some insight into this business practice and how
the Transfer Task Force initial recommendation would or would not address
this situtation. Additionally, how would the proposed dispute mechanism
handle this scenario. I believe that these type of real world problems will
provide the implementation task force with valuable insight to get things
right.
