The final report will focus on the
recommendations made re: accuracy and bulk access. In particular,
the accuracy discussion will focus on (1) enforcement of existing RAA
obligations, and (2) the concept of graduated sanctions. The bulk access
section will focus on the uses of bulk access for marketing. The
recommendations that will be made will take into account the various comments
received (thus far, 8 comments have been received, although Marilyn Cade (Task
Force Co-chair) has reinforced to the registrars that the TF
welcomes continued feedback from the registrars).
The other matters addressed in the interim report (searchability and uniformity) will be addressed within a mid- to long-term timeframe. It is essential that the TF continues to
receive registrar input so please do not be hesitant to do
so..
