[registrars] Room in Shanghai

Dear Colleagues:

Through a former employee of PSI-Japan (intern while studying in Japan), we 
obtained a reservation for a room in the Intercontinental at US$125/night.

However, I cannot go, didn't get visa in time.  Duane already has his room 
in a different hotel.

Anyone want this room?
