[registrars] Fw: Hi!

Dear All,
The following attached email was one of the successfull results we have by
identifying the IP he came from and asking his ISP to help.

Credit card companies do not want to hear our problems and their tools like
Card Codes, Address Verifications are pretty much useless unless they can
deny the charges from going through at the time of processing when those
numbers do not match. The name of "law enforcement " is only a name we all
can use to threaten the abusers if their email is valid.

We try to identify those abusers like this one so that they would not come
back again. We can always identify them if their ISP is willing to help.
Steps can be time consuming but if you are about to be terminated by the
credit card processor then cost of identifying them is no longer an issue.
