[registrars] RC call regarding comments for Whois TF tomarrow 10am EDT

Registrars:

Tomarrow at 10am EDT we are hosting a teleconfrence call to provide
comments to the whois task force. You all shoul have the call details,
contack me directly if you need the dial-in number and pass code.

The call duration is 2 hours, the first 1.5 hours will be for you to give
your views on whois to the whois task force. The last half hour may be
discussion on the transfers proposal discussed in Amsterdam.

Many of the Whois TF members will be on the call to listen to you so
please do call in.
