RE: [registrars] Budgetary Considerations ICANN 2.0

Bruce,

As a member of the Budget committee, I would be happy to speak to both of
those topics on the call.

Rob.

Michael,

Will your discussion on the budgetary impact of the restructuring of ICANN
include not only additional the increases that are likely in the current
ICANN budget year, which began on July 1, 2002, for the year 2002/2003, and
already had a 25% increase which the RC discussed in Bucharest (please see
Section 4. in
http://www.icann.org/committees/evol-reform/second-implementation-report-02s
ep02.htm#Introduction for details on how the budget will need to be
increased a second time), but also the funding impacts for the ICANN budget
year of 2003/2004?

Regards,

Bruce

During this week's constituency call the topic will be ICANN 2.0 and the
likely budgetary impact on registrar fees.

The call is scheduled for this Thursday 5PM EDT.

The first part of the call will be formalizing an agenda for Amsterdam.

Mike
