RE: [registrars] WLS Update

The WLS issue came up long *after* the XFER issue,
and WLS has now been decided long *before* the XFER issue.

It seems to me that suddenly, things can be achieved within the ICANN
system, but not the things *we* want or consider to be the most
pressing.

Maybe we can learn something from Verisign. They are able to navigate
through the ICANN labyrinth and we are not. Maybe it's our fault, maybe
it's not, but the result counts, and the WLS issue is done, and XFER
isn't.

What do the board minutes say?
"Whereas, the Board is mindful that ICANN should act in a way that
promotes consumer choice [...]"
Hey - here we go, the board is on our side!
