agree 100% please start the vote ASAP..

it would be best if  we can start tomorrow sometime  and end tues july 23 @
24:00 GMT with results available  within 4 hours of closing ..( that would
be approx. 9 pm pacific time..)

the Names council meeting is scheduled for  wed july 24 at 15:00 CET (thats
06:00 pacific daylight time)
