Perhaps the failure of Realnames is due to the business model and
implementation not the fact that the solution was proprietary.

Perhaps VGRS will think twice about relying on proprietary systems to act as
the foundation for MDNS and similar initiatives.  Does anyone have any
further information concerning how/if this will effect the MDNS initiative?
