[registrars] VRSN NOC Tour

Hello All:

I have had a couple of people send me e-mail raising concerns about the NDA,
and I think there may be some misplaced and unjustified concerns.

This is standard form that EVERYONE entering the facility must sign. This is
not a form that they created for just for this event.

I have also been informed that this is a practice that both VRSN East and
West Coast offices enforce.

This NOC tour is optional, it is not tied to VRSN's sponsorship of the
meeting. Those registrars that do not wish to sign do not have to go.

Speaking in an individual capacity and as a consultant to registrars and
registries, I am very sensitive to NDAs that I sign and their potential
impact on my business. I have no objection and will be signing this document
and look forward to an interesting tour.

Mike
