In order to insure that everyone is totally up to speed on all the topics,
and to make the discussions more productive, could you or others on the
Executive Committee please provide URL's with background information for
each of the sessions?

Listed below is the revised agenda for next month's meeting in Dulles on
February 16 & 17. I am very please at how this event has shaped up and I
believe that we will have a very productive meeting.

Please be reminded that the block of hotel rooms are only locked in at the
