Rick,

I would very much like to participate in this call. I submitted our
membership form to Michael Palage on 12/18/01. When I asked about where to
send the fee he told me to hold off because the constituency was changing
bank accounts. Subsequent attempts to follow up have resulted in no response
from Michael. I don't feel we should be penalized for this lack of response.

I can arrange to have the membership fee wired within 24 hours of receiving
the bank account info.

I will be calling in at the appointed time.
