what is the current status on this one. I hope this is not one of those that
Ross worked hard on for such a long time and will eventually die a gradual
death because it never got implemented. I believe as of right now the
complaint levels amongst all registrars have gone down, slowly registrants
are getting used to the obnoxious transfer process of double authorising
each request. very soon people will get used to the cumbersome process which
will give an excuse not to implement the proposal that Ross and others have
worked so hard on .....
