[registrars] .biz Whois and names with multiple applications

Dear all,

Customers are totally confused with Neulevel's handling of the 
.biz whois. The .biz whois implies that a name "could" 
be available even though Neulevel received multiple applications.

Customers concerned with multiple applications are suddently unsure 
if their applications have even sent in by their registrar. Many of 
them call the registrars in surprise, thinking that the registrar 
has let them down. 

What prevents Neulevel from indicating that there are multiple 
submissions for a specific name? I am not requesting that the
applicants' names be published, but Neulevel should come clean 
with respect to the existence of multiple appliations.
