Dear Bhavin:

You ask a lot of relevant questions, the problem is that this is not the
best forum to ask them. This is a public list and to preserve any attorney
client / work product privilege it is important not to discuss these matters
on the list.  I will try to post an informational posting within the next 24
hours. I am trying to recover from a serious bout with the flu and have not
yet gotten back up to speed.
