The Constituency Larry. Sometime during late August/early September, there
was a Constituency conference call in which a poll of all participating
registrars occurred. It was quite clearly voiced that the registrars
preferred the Tucows proposition as amended by some of the Register.com
principles of redress. It was requested that Register.com and Tucows create
a unified draft that fulfilled this mandate.
