Mike - great things to remember, I look forward to the evolution of this 
constituency.

I hope we can count on all constituency members voting on this proposal. I 
would like to know if anyone plans to abstain, and if so why. I am sure I 
do not have to state the importance of participation, even if you disagree 
(stated disagreement is participation, silence is not).
