Dear Bhavin:

I think the work you have done is very valuable.  However, you need to know 
that each Afilias Accredited Registrar was permitted to register up to ten 
.info domains.  These had to be names they already held as .com or .net and 
which were trade names of their firm.  Here is the registration from Hal 
Lubson:

You will also find that we have registered psi-japan.info:

                     Trademark Name:

It would be beneficial for you to check the domains you reported on again.

I tried to check GOVINDA.info but could not reach Afilias.  I got the first 
two promptly, but for some reason I cannot reach Afilias Whois any more.

In all likelihood, govinda.info was registered as one of the trade names 
dot coms of 1stDomainNet.
