As I had promised on last week's call and based on the guidance posted by ICANN last night, we are providing further clarification regarding the register.com recommendation to the registrar constituency. This document should be part of the discussion between Tucows and Register.com. We post it ahead of time in order to help achieve a concensus on this issue.
