seeking a consensus on
the concept, structure and processes relating to an "At-Large"
membership, thus enabling ICANN to concentrate on its mission during the
coming years.

There is a specific reference to asking the Registrar community to
provide a "check box" for domain holders to "opt-in" to the At-Large
community ......

The ALSC would like to receive the preliminary comments of the Registrar
Constituency at Montevideo...
