Registrars:

A conference call wll be held on Friday August 24 on the subject of transfers.

If time is left over there will be a brief discussion of the agenda for
Montevideo.

The time of call: 9am EDT North America

This is the least incovenient time we could find for Australians and
Europeans. Sorry to keep the Australians and Japanese up late.

Ross Rader posted a set of proposals yesterday, and announced the same to
this list.  The URL he gives also leads to proposals by Verisign and
Register.com. Please read the proposals and be prepaired to comment on
them.
