Dear Mike:  *Up*.

On a related subject, the problems of transfer from NSI are exacerbated by 
the fact that, as far as I can see, their Whois does not show Status.  A 
domain may be on registrar-lock, in one case that *was* the problem.  I 
wrote to Duane Stone at NSI and he released it to us.
