Nominees will be given until 24:59 UTC on Monday July16 to post formal
position papers, cv's, statement of qualification, (i.e. any informative
documents) to the list ..

Formal ballots will be sent out to the representatives-of-record on
Tuesday july 17 and the balloting will close at 23:59 UTC on thursday
july 26th.

ballots will be compiled & results will be released over the following
weekend (i.e. july 28-29)
