[registrars] Fw: please help
Below is a user complaint about a hacker changing
the tech and admin contacts for a names and then transferring it to a new
Registrar.
The owner of the name is seeking my assistance to
resolve this issue. While this sort of dispute resolution is outside
my brief, I don't think there is any where to take a complaint of this
type.
While dispute resolution (complain handling) is a
key consumer issue, I don't think its covered in our proposed Best
Practice, but it may be something we need to address.
I'd appreciate any comment or suggestions.

opensrs.com/tocows.com but they are not responding.
please help, please put pressure on opensrs.com to
return the name to its original registrant.
