RE: [registrars] Transfer Procedure

Or how about this one:

The gaining registrars start asking
for the logins and passwords at the
losing registrars to allow "trouble-free
transfers for registrants".

If they get it, an automated process happens
so that the emails from the losing registrar
go to the gaining registrar
who ACKs them on behalf of the registrant.
If they don't get it, the current procedure
is used.

The no-answer = NACK policy provides a
reason for the gaining registrar to
get access from the registrant
into the losing registrar's registrant accounts.
Heck, after a while the gaining registrar
would have all the losing registrar's logins
and passwords.

(In case you can't tell,
I'm only half-serious. I will make
a Transfer Procedure solution
suggestion in another email,
then I should get back to work)
