[registrars] VIRUS WARNING

Hello All.

There was a virus that was recently sent through the registrar mailing list.
It appears to have been sent from Netpia using an old email that I
originally sent after the LA meeting. As list administrator I have received
numerous auto-virus warnings from many mail servers. Please delete.
