[nc-whois] Austria; privacy for businesses

During yesterday's call, Marilyn mentioned that Austria might have
some interesting privacy rules which are not just applied to
physical persons, but also to businesses.

At least Luxembourg has something similar: Alongside with
individuals' personal data, "legally protected interests" of
juristic persons are protected. This protection *exceeds* the
directive's level; however, it has been in force in the Grand-Duchy
since 1979. Given that Luxembourgian law is usually quite closely
tracking what happens in Belgium and France, I'd make a guess that
more rules of that kind may be found in at least one of these
countries.

Maybe Laurence knows more?
