RE: [nc-whois] Revised Bulk Access Draft
Here is a revised draft of the accuracy section which attempts to transcribe what we concluded this morning. The substantive changes are in items 5(c), 6(d) (this was the point Abel raised), and 8(a) which has been subdivided. Logically 8 (b) (regarding a registrar hold procedure) belongs in with item 9 (other potential changes to the agreements which require further study) and we could certainly move it there if people would find that clearer. Please review ASAP. If this does not reflect our discussion please propose language that does.
