I don't think I can post to the whois list from my yahoo acct, so would you mind forwarding this on?  Ram & I have reached out to the gtld constituency and have asked for comments on the recommendations.  They have given preliminary comments (which Ram has forwarded to you), and they are eager to see what arises from the 4 working groups.  They will also comment on that output.

Just fyi this afternoon's call - I may have to jump off early, but I will be there.

Suggestion:
Each of the groups could consider then meeting
separately for the next 30-45 minutes [second half of the regular meeting]. For those who

Ram/Karen: since we have you two on the TF, can you advise us about whether we need a registry
specific outreach discussion as well?
