[nc-whois] Basketing: Deadline update.

I can now guarantee that submissions which arrive here no later than
Monday morning Pacific Time can be taken into account; this implies
no delay for the publication of the aggregate results, which are due
on May 1.

(This means that I can, based on the material submitted so far, make
a realistic estimate of the time it'll take me to do the remaining
work. Also, the scripts needed for the automatic part of the
evaluation are in place now.)

YOU CAN USE THE WEEK-END TO DO THE REMAINING BASKETING.

HOWEVER, I AM GOING TO ***DISCARD***
		  ANY SUBMISSIONS WHICH ARRIVE HERE
LATER THAN APRIL 29, 18:00 UTC.

If you won't be able to deliver by that deadline, please tell the
task force in advance via e-mail.

Once again, I'd like to ask you to pay special attention to the
governmental respondents. According to the data available to me,
it seems that the following "governmental" category responses still
need to be handled (entirely or partially):

	+---------+-----------+----------+---------------------+
	| subm_no | id | category | who |

	+---------+-----------+----------+---------------------+

(So, if you see your assignment on this list, and are working anyway
over the week-end, please give priority to these questionnaires.
Note that prioritizing by _category_ of respondent does not
introduce any additional problems into the statistics. Prioritizing
by kind of answer does skew the results, though.)

Also, please make sure that you stick to the alphanumerical codes
described in the basketing howto. Evaluation is done by software,
and software does not understand free text.

Finally, this week's "winner" is Karen Elizaga, who submitted the
largest slice of basketing results. I'd suggest something along the
lines of <http://www.medals.org.uk/russia/ussr/ussr003.htm>. ;-))
