With my excuses for the delay, (my mother passed away for which i had to
travel) the preliminary is now on the web.

http://www.hrmph.info and www.able-towers.com/ghana should both give the
same.


I am still improving on the lay out and readability but time is running
short.

Will do all in my power to have that done somewhere in the night so at
least with a final presentation it will look as sharp as it should.

any comments PLEASE send them asap.
