It seems a terrible waste of resources to have the designated
representatives, who were chosen for their experience, to be reduced to the
role of mere clerks in compiling statistics.  It also would be a terrible
mistake to base changes in policy on a numerical count of responses.  It
seems to me that the representatives, after reviewing all of the responses
to make specific recommendations for changes.  Perhaps the representatives
could be broken down into subcommittees to discuss and recommend on certain
issues.  Otherwise, my secretary could just as easily performed my function.

Oh, Jim you are not off the hook yet!!!!!  We still have to review the
responses received from the ICANN website (which I have not yet received
from ICANN) and then the Chairs will try to accumulate everyone's summaries
and prepare a draft report, but we will want everyone's input on the draft
before we final it and send it to NC.
